  بگیرید تا ببینید آیا به دوز بیشتری نیاز دارید

  حداکثر غلظت گاباپنتین ظرف دو
  تا سه ساعت ایجاد می شود. گاباپنیتن مشکلات خواب ناشی از درد عصب را ظرف یک هفته بهبود می
  بخشد اما بهبود علائم ناشی از درد
  عصب تا دو هفته زمان می برد. در اثر مصرف گاباپنتین کاهش در فراوانی تشنج معمولا ظرف
  چند هفته ظاهر می شود.
  البته استفاده از این دارو برای دردهای عصبی به
  عنوان مسکن است. یکی از عوارض شایع گاباپنتین، خواب آلودگی و سرگیجه است.
  در صورتیکه می‌خواهید پشت فرمان بنشید
  و رانندگی کنید، باید در مصرف این دارو
  توجه کنید.
  داروهای آنتی اسید ممکن است
  باعث کاهش اثر گاباپنتین شود. لذا
  این دارو باید با فاصله حداقل 2 ساعت با
  آنتی اسیدها مصرف شود. برای قطع مصرف پزشک احتمالا توصیه کند دارو را آهسته و به ندرت کاهش داده و سپس
  قطع نمائید.
  گاباپنتین یک داروی ضد تشنج است
  که ممکن است توسط پزشک برای تسکین یا جلوگیری از درد عصبی نیز تجویز شود.
  گاباپنتین به صورت قرص خوراکی، کپسول،
  محلول یا سوسپانسیون و قرص طولانی اثر در دسترس
  است. نام دیگری که ممکن است روی برچسب این دارو مشاهده کنید، Neurontin ،Gralise یا Horizant است.
  
  دوز مناسب بسته به شرایط و سایر عوامل متفاوت خواهد بود.
  یک پزشک می تواند در مورد تداخلات دارویی و سایر موارد ایمنی
  به بهترین وجه توصیه کند. اگرچه گاباپنتین توانایی ایجاد چندین واکنش
  جانبی را دارد، اما بسیاری از افراد عوارض جانبی
  جدی را تجربه نمی کنند.
